Take part of the
transformation cycles
in its entirety (pdf)
|
The universe is not ruled by
coincidences, an extensive system of laws prevails over the changes of life.
Everything develops in a never ending cycle. In primordial images of subtle
ideas rests the origin of all creation. This is TAO, the invisible codes of
transformation.
Laws of the
Cosmos
Man, our planet and the entire universe are governed by invisible laws that
regulate the various shifts of life, a kind of template for certain
fundamental cycles. The concept of development permeates the entire cosmos,
but the movement is not linear, it is cyclical. A common term for the
inherent laws that govern these processes is "Transformation cycles". This
is equivalent to TAO; translated or understood as - "the way".
Some cycles are so obvious that we don't even reflect on them; the seasons,
the phases of the moon, mankind's life, woman's menstruation, night and day.
If you look more closely at the cycle, certain stages can be distinguished.
The development is not smooth and continuous, it proceeds in different
stages, steps. Each such step has specific characteristics.
Cycles whitin cycles
Each individual cycle of transformation is divided into six parts or stages.
There is also a seventh stage, that is interwoven with the first stage; the
seventh step is the return. A completed turn is called a sequence. But for
the cycle to be complete, two full laps are required, i.e. all stages must
be passed twice. However, these sequences are not identical. The first is of
a material nature while the second is characterized by spirituality.
A completed cycle of transformation (in two turns) means an advancement to a
new stage in the cycle above. There are no less than 14 cycles of
transformation in a hierarchical scale that delineate in precise terms each
soul's place in the cosmos. Seven cycles describe spatial conditions, seven
cycles describe personal characteristics and conditions. This document is
content to highlight the last two cycles, which are about time periods.
Transformation cycle 14:
The day
The fourteenth cycle is called the day, which is the time it takes for our earth
to rotate one full revolution relative to the sun. But instead of dividing
the day into hours (as we are used to), the day is divided into two-hour
sessions, two hours are thus called a 'session'. Another difference is that the
day by definition begins and ends at six in the morning. The sequence (a
complete cycle) in this case equals one day (or one night), two sequences
equal one day.
In the case of the "day" cycle, the division into sequences is called the
'shift'. You can then specifically talk about the day shift and the night
shift. Each shift includes seven sessions and each session is given a name,
they are: The Beginning Session, The Striving Session, The Chaotic Session,
The Controlled Session, The Developing Session, The Closing Session and then
the Meditative Session. The last session is combined with the Beginning
session, which gives the total time of the sequence, 12 hours.
The beginning session
This session lasts between 6 until 8 in the morning and is defined for a
person on Earth as a half-awake state before the body has really started.
There are also strong connections to dreams and spiritual promptings as the
session merges with the Meditative session. Physical activity should be
avoided during this time.
The striving
session
In the shift between 8 and 10, the day takes off in a serious way. For the
average individual, it may be about getting out of bed, showering, eating
breakfast and taking the children to kindergarten, you rush off to work and
the phone rings. People have different conditions, but what this session
describes is really to deal with and start the new day's tasks, whatever it
may be. Contact with the outside world often begins around this time.
The chaotic session
The third stage, within all cycles, is associated with turbulence. As for
the day shift, this session is between 10 and 12 in the morning. It's about
dealing with things that are out of order in our lives. We must therefore
tend to all conflicts that have not previously been resolved. It can apply
to everything under the Sun: Jam jars that don't want to open, the paper you
were supposed to send to an authority that is suddenly gone, a person who
starts arguing with you about something trivial and similar events. One
should be vigilant and careful during this period of time.
Once one is aware of the difficulties in this session, one can strive to
avoid risky projects and postpone them until a later time. But the question
is whether one succeeds in thereby "cheating fate". The strange thing is
that, precisely during this session, one is strongly drawn to difficult
events. This is pure consciousness control, to stand outside oneself for a
moment, observe the course and see what is possible and appropriate to do.
The contained session
At this session, between 12 and 2 midday, any ambiguities have been sorted
out. Now comes a relatively quiet period where we calmly and methodically
deal with our tasks. Everything goes smoothly and no real difficulties
arise. The session is often associated with various cultural activities.
Communication and meeting people is common. Not infrequently, one of the
day's meals is assigned to this session, perhaps it will be a lunch break
with friends or colleagues.
The developing
session
The fifth session is about breaking new ground, further developing or
renewing the business you engage in. The session lasts between 2 and 4 in
the afternoon and is a relatively active period with innovative chores.
Meetings and conferences can often fall within this pass, as can courses and
sports activities. This is also the session of completion wherein some
projects, which have been started during the day, are tied together,
pondered and possibly completed.
The decelerating
session
In the decelerating session, between 4 and 6 PM, one has already finished
the working day. Now it's about unwinding and returning to a calmer pace. It
is common at this stage for people to perform chores related to the home.
You might go shopping or pick up the children from daycare. Maybe it's time
to walk the dog or go jogging. Visiting others or receiving visitors
yourself is common within this pass.
The meditative
session
The last session of the day shift, between 6 and 8, also coincides with the
first shift of the evening shift. It is often a restful and introverted
stage without much physical activity. An evening meal is often added to this
session where you possibly listen to music or watch TV. Perhaps you are
reading a good book, watering the flowers in your apartment or sitting at
the computer. This session is very suitable for meditation or quiet
exercises such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga.
Transformation cycle 13:
The stage
The thirteenth transformation cycle is called the stage, which for human
conditions is about a period of two weeks. The completed cycle is called the
week, when it is repeated one speaks of a stage. Humans have no special
relationship with periods of two weeks, therefore the stage can feel alien,
weeks are all the more familiar to us. It should be emphasized here that the
actual stage is only barely two weeks; i.e. twelve days.
The empathic day
The empathic day is the time of gathering. Various projects may be planned
but they have not yet been put into operation. The day begins at 06.00 but
at the same time merges with the seventh day, an effect of that step one and
step seven in all cycles of transformation always join into one step. There is
thus a contemplative and dreamlike quality to the first day. But the
earthly man's week has seven days, thereby the empathic day becomes independent.
The establishing day
Only in the basic 24 hours does the activity in question get started in
for real. Things that were previously planned are now beginning to result in
concrete actions. It is still mostly about making preparations, no planning
is involved, at this stage you instead collect the basic material that the
project in question might need. The resources are starting to come in and be
distributed to their special areas, but they are not yet used in the
activity.
The vulnerable day
The third day is a chaotic day where the project struggles with various
problems before it finds its shape. Routines are not established, resulting
in confusion and sometimes conflict. The day can also be about breaking up
old projects and routines that no longer work. One cannot therefore
unequivocally equate the day with a "bad period", a short period of chaos
may be necessary before the new has been established. However, it may be a
good idea not to setup very important projects to a vulnerable day.
You might want to wait a day, if you have the opportunity to choose.
The intensive day
When this day arrives, you can count on an intensive work period. But the
difficulties that were encountered during the vulnerable 24-hour period have
already been resolved and therefore various projects proceed quickly and
easily. Everyone has their hands full, but what you do rarely runs into any
problems. It is excellent to place important things in an intensive day
because the prospects of success are good. Despite the intensity, different
things do not seem to collide, they adapt to each other.
The summarizing day
During the summarizing day, the large workload is actually completed. Now you
focus on any things that have not yet been accomplished and put the final
finishing touches on the project you have been working on. You also check
that everything works as it was intended. The work enters a calmer phase and
you stand a little outside and look at your completed work. It is an
analytical day with some reflection; were the results to your satisfaction?
The quiet day
During the quiet day, no real constructive work takes place. If you still
deal with something, it goes "on low", this is an important rest period that
people need before tackling new projects. This can be a period when you reap
the benefits of previous successful ventures. The day is a time of
acceptance or, if you like, an easy downhill. But it is also the time of
growth, you convey what you have achieved to others.
The contemplative
day
As we mentioned, the seventh day merges with the first day (though not on
earth). Now you are a little outside the world (the activity). The emphasis is
on recreation and relaxation, people engage in activities that are not part
of everyday life. But at the same time you can dream and fantasize about
things you would like to realize. A desire arises to let the dreams take
shape. You talk to like-minded people, gather ideas and suggestions for new
projects.
Other transformation
cycles
What is it that the other transformation cycles (14 in total) describe? For
example, the cycles account for the current being's personal level of
consciousness, maturity and personality. You also find the species'
development phase and the prevailing life form. Higher up in the cyclical
hierarchy are descriptions of different size perspectives, spheres, planes
of existence and dimensions. Every conscious being needs to know where in
the evolution it is.
But also the sequence of the transformation cycle (first and second round
respectively) provides information about different aspects of existence. It
may apply to the general "experience" of the being; whether the being is
active or inactive, whether it has an extroverted or introverted attitude,
whether its awareness is individual or collective, whether it lives in a
time-bound or timeless area, and so on. There are indeed "many dwellings" in
the Lord's house.
The cycles of transformation are extremely difficult to grasp, but their
mere existence offers a breathtaking vision of the grandeur of the Cosmos.
There is an eternal and basic template for all development, everything
created is governed by a code that permeates the universe from the tiniest
to the largest. Whoever masters the code becomes a true magician, a great
'omniscient'. “He who fully understands the meaning of all can rule the world, as
rotated it in his hand.”
